- Shift Days and Hours Mon – Fri 8am to 4:30pm, 8 to 10 hours and rotating Saturdays

What You Will Be Doing:
The Trulite Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining plant manufacturing machines and production equipment. Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment by:
- Performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Performing regular preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) on all facility machinery, equipment and plant facilities.
- Communicating with operators from multiple shifts.
- Resolving problems using working knowledge and solutions that improve operations and production of quality products and machine up time.
- Developing recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.
Skills You Bring:
- 4-5 years maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing & production setting. Glass industry experience preferred.
- Must be organized, have good problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure.
- Must understand the manufacturing process & theory.
