As a Psychiatric Technician, you will work closely with licensed nursing personnel or their designee, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients in crisis, as well as providing invaluable assistance to our Nursing and Clinical Treatment teams. Additionally, there may be opportunities for you to perform delegated nursing tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse personnel. In this role, you will work in 6, 12-hour shifts per pay period, from 6:45pm to 7:15am, with rotating weekends and holidays. Working these shifts offers a unique opportunity to provide crucial care during evening and overnight hours when patients may require additional support. By being present during these times, you play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and maintaining a safe environment for our patients. Additionally, this schedule allows for potential flexibility in managing personal commitments and offers the possibility of extended time off during weekdays.
