Social Services Director SS
The Social Services is responsible for planning, evaluating, implementing and directing the general activities and operatons of the facility's social services department. The SS ensures that all services are provided in accordance with guidelines and regulations and coordinates appropriate admission/discharge planning options.

Qualifications:
- LICSW or MSW preferred
- Previous social services experience in a long-term care setting
- Previous leadership experience preferred
