Project Manager – Glass & Glazing
Location: Northern New Jersey / New York Metro Area
A long-established and respected glass and glazing contractor in the North NJ area has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for rewarding dedication and promoting from within — many team members have been with them for over 30 years.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in commercial glass and glazing projects — including curtain walls, storefronts, entrances, mirrors, and tempered glass systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of glass and glazing projects from concept to completion.
Oversee site activities to ensure timely, on-budget, and compliant delivery.
Coordinate between architects, engineers, field staff, and clients.
Review and analyze bid packages and contracts.
Attend project meetings with general contractors and architects.
Ensure all work aligns with design and safety standards.
Requirements:
5–25+ years of experience managing commercial glass and glazing projects.
Background with curtain wall, storefront, or entrance systems required.
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain client relationships.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience working for a glass/glazing contractor is mandatory.
