About the Role:

• Location: Augusta, GA
• Outpatient Clinic: 8am - 5pm - Work hours are Monday-Friday, no evening or weekend hours.
• Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages.
• Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
• The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.
• Provide medication and chronic disease management.
• The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient setting.
• Multi-specialty practice consists of over 50 providers, 34 physicians, 10 PAs and 12 NPs
• Will participate in a call group with 6-8 other primary care providers
• Currently seeing 20 to 24 patients per day
• Full adult demographic
• No hospital call only as scheduled across our IM/FM group for internal patients
• Will this provide supervision of up to 4 mid-level providers
• ECW EMR system

Qualified Candidates:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Ability to hold a Georgia State Medical License
