Job Title: Junior Electrical Engineer - Aviation
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Are you a passionate and driven Junior Electrical Engineer with a desire to contribute to the exciting world of aviation?
Selectek has partnered with a growing aviation client in the Indianapolis Metro area to find a talented Junior Electrical Engineer to design and redesign the interior electrical components of commercial airlines.

About the Role:
  • Electrical Design & Analysis: You will design and analyze electrical systems and components for aircraft interior modifications and avionics upgrades, adhering to FAA and STC project requirements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: You will prepare electrical engineering drawings and reports, including electrical wire installation, harness fabrication, and wire routing.
  • Project Support: You will contribute to design, analysis, substantiation, certification, drawing interpretation, and project management tasks.
Who You Are:
  • Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Experienced Professional: You have 2+ years of experience in design, analysis, substantiation, certification, drawing interpretation, and project management.
  • Technically Proficient: You are proficient in AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5% of the time).
Additional Info:
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
