Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a seasoned Client Solutions Leader with a strong background in technology project management and a knack for agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex digital initiatives from conception to implementation, optimizing processes, and fostering client success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze client IT ecosystems and business processes to uncover improvement areas and quantify benefits.
  • Devise and present clear, actionable strategies for enhancing client performance, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to fully grasp business goals and challenges, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Architect and implement systems and business processes that streamline operations and amplify productivity.
  • Spearhead project management efforts, guaranteeing timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and training to spearhead organizational change and progress.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams, underpinning a collaborative partnership.
  • Synthesize insights on digital trends, especially in cloud computing, providing clients with competitive edge opportunities.
  • Measure, refine, and optimize the impact of deployed strategies, ensuring lasting benefits.
  • Act as a mentor, developing talent within the team, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and high-performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • 3+ years’ experience working for top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)
  • Over 10 years of relevant professional background, with at least 5 years in the management of large, complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrable success in projects using Agile methodologies, with a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master on enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent is preferred.
  • Exceptional program/project management skills, with experience in platform operations, digital marketing, SaaS/PaaS, and/or cloud products are highly desirable.
  • Track record of leading technology implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic planning, risk management, and change management expertise.
  • Ability to create detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies, including resource and budget planning.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and driving toward timely completion.
  • Willingness and ability to be hands-on, directly managing projects when necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, adept at engaging with all company levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  • Creative problem-solving approach, detail-oriented yet able to maintain a strategic, “big picture” perspective.
  • Independence in work ethic, with an initiative-driven approach to contribute proactively.
  • Experience in managing people and working in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing and coordinating delivery models across offshore, nearshore, and onshore locations.
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence (EQ), capable of navigating complex client relationships with sensitivity and acumen, and adept at building consensus and fostering an environment of collaboration.
  • We are seeking a high-aptitude candidate who can invoke patience when needed to drive agreement using their analytical and diplomatic skills to foster progressive change while still maintaining a sense of urgency and instilling it within teams to achieve timely results.

  • A competitive pay range of $ 135K-$145K (depending on experience).
  • Targeted annual bonus 10K
  • 15 Days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
