Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living settings. You’ll be supported by a full-time medical director, administrative staff, and outsourced billing services — so you can focus on patient care.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct initial psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up visits
· Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
· Collaborate with facility staff, medical directors, and care teams
· Document in EMR in a timely and accurate manner

Nurse Practitioner Job Qualifications:
· Must have a current and active PA license and DEA # in the State of Wisconsin.
· Must have at least one year experience working as a Physician Assistant
· Be willing and able to commute to long term care facilities.
· Experience with geriatric populations or interest in working with older adults
· Compassionate, patient-centered care philosophy
· Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: Competitive base + productivity bonus (commensurate with experience)
