We are seeking motivated individuals with a can-do attitude to join our team. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill, so no experience is necessary! If you have a passion for problem-solving, love working with a team, and want to impact people's lives positively, this is the perfect job for you!

Moving experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

We offer competitive pay, starting at $14 - $16 PER HOUR PLUS TIPS! Our top performers average $200 - $400 per week in tips! Plus, we offer flexible hours, full—and part-time positions, and seasonal work, so you can work locally and still have time for your personal life.

Job Description:
  • Collegian Movers is seeking a full-service mover who is polite, reliable, and honest and who loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives.
  • Our movers use the proper moving equipment in our trucks and at our warehouse to get the job done right.
  • You’ll work with a fun, close-knit, agile moving crew to strategize, plan, execute, and continuously deliver excellent service to our customers.

Additional details about the job:
  • Work Locally. (Most local jobs are in New Haven and Fairfield County)
  • Flexible hours. Full and Part-Time Hours.
  • Able to move furniture and lift at least 75 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs daily.
  • Drivers must pass a drug test.
  • Willing to participate in pre-employment background screening.
  • Become DOT certified.

We are hiring for the following positions:
  • Movers/ Helpers.
  • Foreman.
  • Drivers (must be 19+ years old).
