We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Land Specialist within our Land group based in Denver, CO .
Essential Job Responsibilities:
·Assist with preparation of documents, agreements, permits, plats, and correspondence
·Monitor and track external and internal documents for timely execution and proper recording
·Research, analyze, input, and maintain contracts in internal Oxy systems
·Run reports, create exhibits and provide ownership, lease and well information from the Oxy systems
·Analyze, research, input notices of development for land staff review
·Track contractual obligations
·Set up, process, and manage surface owner payments
·Assist Landman with agreement review and external payments
·Coordinate surface land process milestones with various teams within the business unit
·Other various administrative duties required to support the company and contract land staff
