Job description

Morgan Services is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join the Los Angeles Team!

The OFFICE SUPERVISOR is a vital part of the Los Angeles Morgan Team. They are responsible for overseeing many of the day-to-day operations of the administrative support staff within our office, including tasks like assigning work, monitoring performance, ensuring quality standards are met, managing schedules, handling employee issues, and coordinating with others to maintain smooth workflow. This role is also responsible for managing tasks like document processing, filing, data entry, and communication while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee Customer Service (including face to face interaction)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Administer Payroll
  • Manage Human Resource Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records/files
  • Process documents & reports
  • Schedule meetings/appointments

Office Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Must possess a college degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
  • Must have at least 2 yrs. of related supervisory/ leadership experience in an office environment
  • Must be located within a daily commutable distance to the L.A. Morgan Facility
  • Must have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish A PLUS but not required
  • Basic Accounting/Finance/I.T. Knowledge STRONGLY PREFERRED
  • Must be proficient with basic office computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent organization & time management skills w/ ability to multitask
  • Must be able/willing to pass a background check & drug screening (hair)
