Job Summary
To assist with front desk duties of the Exercise Science Department Essential Responsibilities and Duties Professionally answering phones. Organizing and cleaning exercise rooms.
Greeting students, faculty, and all visitors professionally. All other duties
as assigned. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Continued Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma.
SLCC student in good academic standing, currently enrolled, and work-study eligible. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures. Proper business English, including spelling, punctuation and grammar for reading, writing, and speaking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
