Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension or conversion.

Pay Range: $50 - $58 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, solution-driven Software Development Engineer to act as level one support and development for incoming software application issues, particularly within merchandising applications. The selected candidate will develop monitoring solutions, troubleshoot/debug, implement fixes for internally developed code, and be instrumental in enhancing our current systems and software. This position requires collaboration with Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions directly to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monitoring solutions for production issues.
• Troubleshoot/debug and apply fixes to internally developed code across React, Javascript, Python, and JAVA environments.
• Execute SQL queries to explore and resolve issues and monitor feature metrics.
• Update, track, and resolve technical challenges in partnership with the development team.
• Contribute to the automation of support processes and documentation of systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in React and intermediate in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
