Job Title: Technical Designer 3
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)

Job Summary:

• Join our team as Technical Designer 3. You'll play a crucial role in the installation, integration, and certification of passenger and attendant seats on commercial aircraft. This position offers the opportunity to work on projects throughout the product lifecycle, from customer configuration to production and certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of engineering product definitions.
• Oversee design layouts and modify existing designs to meet customer and production needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with standards and design parameters.
• Integrate work statements and packages with customers to meet requirements.
• Direct and integrate product definition completion across business partners.
• Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing or engineering issues.

Skills Required:

• Experience in engineering product definition.
• Background in aerospace supplier or airline design engagement.
• Knowledge of compliance validation with regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in design for manufacturing.
• Software experience (e.g., Visual Basic, Python, Java).
• AA degree in a related discipline with 3+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
