Hiring a Service Now Technology Analyst to support and optimize the Service Now platform, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM).
The role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor s degree in IT or related field is required, along with 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Service Now.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and relevant Service Now certifications are preferred.
