The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles, while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of orthopedic care.Key Responsibilities:Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal conditions.Perform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture care.Develop treatment plans in coordination with physical therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists.Evaluate patient condition through history-taking, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-operative care, and rehabilitation.Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives as needed.Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionpletion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.Active Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain).Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and productivity incentivesprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage.Retirement savings plan with employer match.Generous paid time off (PTO) and CME allowance.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.Access to advanced surgical technology and facilities.
