Convert customer requirements and business priorities into a strategically prioritized product roadmap and backlog for the Cloud Platform Engineering team. Oversee delivery from this backlog, focusing on measurable value creation.

Stakeholder Alignment And Communication

Serve as the main contact for CCoE products, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across business, finance, security, and technology divisions to build consensus and effectively communicate the benefits of the cloud platform.

Financial Management (FinOps)

Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to advance the FinOps practice. Implement cost forecasting, allocation, and optimization mechanisms, and enable self-service tools for effective spend management.

Organizational Change Management And Training

Lead change management efforts to support successful cloud adoption. Design and deliver training programs to ensure teams are proficient in leveraging the cloud platform securely and efficiently.

Governance And Best Practices

Work with security and architecture teams to establish governance policies, best practices, and reusable patterns. Promote governance as an enabler by integrating it seamlessly into platform products.
