We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused Field Success Manager to lead our cleaning teams in the field and help us scale to the next level.
This is not just a "supervisor" role. We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, solves problems fast, develops people, and ensures every client experience reflects our brand standards.

Position Overview
As the Field Success Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, support cleaning technicians, perform quality inspections, manage team accountability, and ensure clients consistently receive a 5-star experience. You'll serve as the bridge between ownership, office operations, and field staff.
