About the Role:

Ready to take your sales career to the next level? Yardi is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to lead full sales cycles—from lead generation to closing deals—with a focus on delivering value to clients. You'll build strong relationships, present tailored solutions, and become a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers. What You'll Do:

  • Sell Yardi solutions and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Execute full sales cycles—from lead generation and discovery to closing—while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals.
  • Participate in industry events, prepare performance reports, and continuously grow your knowledge of Yardi products and market trends.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry
  • Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure
  • Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid-sized companies
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High responsiveness with client-centered commitment and focus
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Industry experience in property management
  • Knowledge of accounting principles

$81,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission target
