Customer Service / Order Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Customer Service & Order Support Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being the central point of communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal staff and contracted medical professionals (doctors, nurses) to ensure correct product selection and order accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with purchasing / planning teams when stock is low
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with internal and external vendors, partners, and customers
  • Document all interactions and updates in the internal CRM system
  • Manage a mix of phone and email communication (not high volume; some calls may be 30+ minutes and email-heavy)

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
  • Background in pharma, nutraceutical, or medical device industries highly preferred
  • Experience working with both consumer customers and business accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of purchase orders, product order forms, and general order workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions‑oriented approach

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
