Baker Hostetler is looking for a Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Patent Agent to join our firm. This is a unique opportunity to work in our AmLaw firm and support the Intellectual Property Team in one of our office locations.
This position is ideal for those individuals who have attained a high level of academic and professional achievement and wish to further their careers with a collaborative team in a forward-thinking law firm.
Qualifications include:
+ years of experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and be registered to practice before the USPTO.
Responsibilities include:
• Patent drafting, patent prosecution, and IP due diligence;
