Basic Analyst:
Proficient in developing and maintaining schedules, including calendar synchronization of events and integration of activities for senior leaders. Expert level proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS). Must possess high communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills. Liaise with internal executives & teams, as well as external business contacts to establish seamless communication. Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating executive-level correspondence. Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract pertinent information for document creation. Must have experience developing senior executive level papers, briefings, and/or technical documentation within the Army and/or greater DoD. Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Expert level proficiency in Task management system Task Management Tool (TMT). Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
Education: BS/BA in logistics-related field or High School with 4 years of relevant experience
Clearance: Secret
Location: Fort Belvoir/ Washington D.C.
