Job description

Product Manager, Enterprise Applications

Are you passionate about shaping technology that enables how people work every day? Do you enjoy partnering with stakeholders, setting product direction, and turning complex needs into intuitive, scalable solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are ARCO, A Family of Construction Companies, and we're continuing to grow and invest in enterprise technology that supports our teams across the organization.

We're looking for a Product Manager, Enterprise Applications, to join our expanding Technology team. In this role, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of key enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Construction Engineering Products, and other internal applications. You'll partner closely with business and technology leaders to prioritize enhancements, guide delivery, and ensure these platforms are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

This role also provides leadership to a small team and works cross-functionally with Technology, HR, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to drive meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency and the associate experience.

A Day in the Life:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Construction Engineering Products, and other internal applications.
  • Define product goals, success metrics, and KPIs aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and executive sponsors to gather, prioritize, and balance near-term needs with long-term platform strategy.
  • Maintain and prioritize a product backlog; partner with Technology teams and vendors to deliver enhancements on time and within scope.
  • Establish governance, intake processes, and standards to ensure scalability, security, and consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance, usability, and adoption, driving continuous improvement and user-centric design.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication, training, upgrades, and adoption strategies.
  • Lead and manage a small team by setting direction, priorities, and development goals, with a hands-on leadership style that includes active participation in day-to-day work to support delivery of the product roadmap.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or enterprise systems management.
  • Experience owning or supporting enterprise platforms that are not directly related to specific silos, such as ServiceNow, Adobe, Bluebeam, and others.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators.
  • Product Management certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, Pragmatic, etc.) a plus.

What We Can Offer You:

  • Industry-leading performance-based bonus program
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Traditional and Roth 401k
  • Tuition reimbursement for associates
  • Scholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child
  • 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel
  • 1-week paid volunteer leave each year
  • 100% charitable match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 100% paid 12-week maternity leave

From recruiting, training, and hiring practices to selecting our subcontractors, we understand that diversity of all those involved in the construction process enhances our ability to deliver the best solutions to our customers. We hire the best and the brightest from across the country constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.

We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts. We have completed over 7,500 design-build projects nationwide. We ranked #9 on ENR's Design-Build Firms list and #34 on ENR's Top 400 Contractors list of 2026. Most importantly, our clients like us, trust us, and want to do business with us.
