Your Impact
Travel Planning & Scheduling: Inform prospective guests of getaway details and successfully schedule their travel dates.
Guest Relations & Sales Support: Build rapport with customers and effectively overcome objections to maintain high engagement.
Operational & Financial Coordination: Securely process credit card deposits and utilize internal systems to manage guest information and schedules, while performing additional duties to support departmental goals.
What You Bring
1-3 years working experience in a sales or customer-service based role.
Flexibility to support business needs by working evenings, and potentially weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required.
Proven track record of effectively establishing rapport and presenting information clearly to customers.
Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with prospective guests through telephone and personal contact.
