Mercor is seeking expert evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab.

This project focuses on the Business Intelligence domain , where you will assess agent-generated research reports related to sales performance, marketing analytics, KPI dashboards, competitor analysis, and market research data. * * * ## Who We're Hiring We are looking for evaluators with a background in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Sales Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields . This role is ideal for professionals who have : - 2–3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or related roles - Experience working with sales reports, KPI dashboards, performance metrics, or competitor analysis - Hands-on exposure to market research data and business performance tracking - Strong understanding of data interpretation, trend analysis, and business reporting - Experience sourcing and validating tables, statistics, and business data from credible public sources - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Comfort working independently and asynchronously Educational Background : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field * * * ## Key Responsibilities - Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity - Assess the correctness of business insights derived from sales data, KPI dashboards, and market research - Verify tables, statistics, and performance metrics using publicly available sources and industry-standard references - Identify inconsistencies in competitor analysis, sales reporting, and marketing data interpretation - Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines - Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks * * * ## Role Details - Part-time (20–40 hours / week) with flexible scheduling - Competitive rates : $40–$60 / hour depending on expertise
