This role is central to keeping the financial operations running smoothly during a period of internal transition and growth. You will take ownership of day to day accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear financial visibility to support business decisions.

A growing metal fabrication and processing business supporting a wide range of industrial and construction clients. The company offers end to end services from production through to finishing and installation, with a practical, hands on team and a strong focus on reliability and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and payroll
* Maintain general ledger and oversee month end close
* Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities
* Handle reconciliations and ensure accurate record keeping
* Support basic HR administration and internal processes
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in bookkeeping or accounting within manufacturing or construction
* Strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger processes
* Comfortable working in a hands on, small team environment
* Experience with accounting software and Excel
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
