The ideal candidate-
4+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience (single plaintiff employment, class action defense, PAGA, contract disputes)
Admission in California- in good standing
Ability to develop strategy and lead assigned caseloads
Detail oriented, hard-working, punctual and a self-starter
What you will be handling-
Ability to consult businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues
Researching and resolving legal disputes, ensuring they are understood by clients
Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork
Conducting depositions and court room appearances
Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements, including M&A
