Build and enhance our industry-leading Returns Management SaaS Platform.

Dive deep into business processes, developing technological solutions that delight our clients.

Our Tech Stack (Your Playground!) :

Backend : .NET 6–8, C# (legacy support with .NET Framework 4.8)

Architecture : Microservices

Databases : MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Deployment : Docker, Kubernetes, Azure

Messaging : Kafka, RabbitMQ

CI / CD : Azure DevOps, GitLab

Monitoring & Logging : Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus

Collaboration Tools : Slack, Confluence, Miro

Methodology : Agile / Scrum using Jira

You are a Perfect Match If You :

Have strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.

Love creating clean, robust, and maintainable code.

Are passionate about RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures.

Have a strong grasp of relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL.

Enjoy working collaboratively, communicating clearly, and solving problems effectively.

Communicate confidently in English (Upper-intermediate or above).

Bonus Points :

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud technologies.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger).

Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize your coding workflow, such as AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, or generative AI tools.

Proficiency in languages such as Russian, Romanian, or Spanish (any of these would be a fantastic plus!).

Qualifications

BS / MS degree in business administration or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in related fields

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks.

Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills.
