Our client, a leading organization in fleet operations and vehicle management, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting fleet maintenance, monitoring, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Autonomous Fleet Support Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Shift: Mon-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What's the Job?
Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle repair times to ensure fleet availability.
Monitor fleet health by reviewing open vehicle issues and developing actionable plans.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Assist in creating technical documentation and support reporting on fleet performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hardware and software handoffs, supporting fleet operations and repairs.
What's Needed?
1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or automotive environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentals.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
