Principal Duties/Tasks:- Greet all guests in a pleasant and timely manner.- Ensure that work stations are stocked/filled before and after every shift.- Advise supervisor of any member/guest complaints.- Attend all meetings/training sessions requested by the supervisor.- Keep all Food and Beverage areas clean at all times and assist with up-keep of all equipment.- Serve food and beverage items that meet Nest's standards- Maintain responsibility for all guest checks and turn them into your supervisor or designated area.- Serve food and beverage according to Kiln Golf Club & Resort's standards and procedures.- Handle any problem that might arise both courteously and professionally.- Set-up and break down tables, chairs, theme decorations and other equipment as requested.- Operate within all guidelines, policies and standards.- Maintains a neat and clean work space- Practiced good hygiene and personal appearanceEnsure complete guest satisfaction from start to finish. Perform all duties necessary before and after breakfast/lunch/dinner service in accordance with Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort's policy's and standards.Physical Skills: Squatting, bending, kneeling is required. Carrying weight that exceeds 25 lbs with one arm and many duties that require carrying weight of 50 lbs with both arms is required. Scrubbing walls/floors, walking and standing for periods of 6 hours or more per shift is required.Required Work Habits: Include attendance, team work, initiative, dependability, promptness and trust worthinessWorking Conditions: Work primarily indoors in a bar/lounge/restaurant environment. Exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement hazards, sharp utensils, extremely hot stoves, gills and food items, and dangerous chemicals/solvents if proper safety procedures are not followed.Uniform: black collared shirt provided by NEST/ black slacks/ black slip resistant shoes / black belt / black or white socks / name badge Shifts: Weekdays and weekends, mornings and nights
