Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Builder responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels and electro / mechanical sub-assemblies. The candidate will ensure all assemblies meet internal and customer-specified quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire industrial control panels and electro / mechanical sub-assemblies.

Build major assemblies to meet quality requirements.

Read and interpret mechanical, electrical / electronic, pneumatic drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

Assist in the development and build of prototype industrial control panels and assemblies.

Identify, correct, and repair non-conforming materials.

Document and notify discrepancies per standard operational procedures.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical, electrical / electronic, pneumatic drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

Ability to apply technical skills effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and MRP software.

Knowledge of assembly and wiring tools such as manuals and pneumatic or electric hand tools.

2-4 years of related work experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Education or GED required; additional education preferred.

Certified IPS Specialist to IPC / WHMA-A-620 is a plus.

Familiarity with UL-508A standards is advantageous.

Prior work experience as a panel builder is preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Placentia, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44000.00 - $57000.00 / yr.

Company will provide benefit information upon time of offer to candidate when they are accepting

This is a fully onsite position in Placentia,CA.
