What you’ll tackle
- Wire and assemble electrical control enclosures for large water systems.
- Read and execute from engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Keep your station aligned with 5S standards.
- Pitch in across production when needed.
- Take on additional tasks from Supervisors/Managers as required.
Team interfaces
Must-haves
- High School Diploma
- 3–5+ years of related industry experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to lift 40 pounds; no sensitivity to paint odors
- Overtime availability, including Saturdays
- Proficient English skills
Nice-to-haves
- Background in pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor control, PLCs, VFDs, pump systems, and Allen-Bradley control platforms
- Industrial water treatment operations experience

• Work in temperatures above 100 degrees and the noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
• Repetitively bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; walking on slippery or uneven surfaces and climbing ladders and working off elevated surfaces during shift.
• Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
