Division of Data, Access, Research, & Teaching Services (DARTS)
The Division of Data, Access, Research, & Teaching Services (DARTS) delivers a broad range of services and programs designed to support the research, teaching, and learning needs of the University of Oregon community. DARTS encompasses units and teams that provide :
- Circulation and access to collections
- Collection development and maintenance
- Instruction in information, visual, and AI literacy
- Research support
- Specialized support in research and learning spaces
- Data services
- Support for scholarly communication and digital publishing
DARTS also manages operations for five branch library locations : the Design Library, Portland Library, Price Science Commons & Research Library (PSC), Mathematics Library, and the Loyd and Dorothy Rippey Library at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology.

Within DARTS, subject liaison librarians are assigned to academic departments and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver teaching and liaison services tailored to the needs of faculty and students. Each liaison is supervised by a head librarian who also serves as a subject liaison.
Position Summary
The Business & Entrepreneurship Librarian serves as the liaison to all departments of the Lundquist School of Business and the Department of Economics across all University of Oregon locations. This role encompasses all aspects of supporting these subject areas, including individual and group consultations with students, faculty, and community users; providing library and course-integrated instruction; creating user materials; developing collections; and, in collaboration with other library departments, ensuring access to information on scholarly communication, data management, and digital scholarship.
