JOB SUMMARY
The Caseworker supports individuals and families by connecting them to essential services and resources that promote self-sufficiency and well-being. This role involves direct client engagement, case management, outreach, and collaboration with community partners to ensure individuals receive the support they need.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field with at least one (1) year of experience in human services; OR
• Associate Degree in Human Services or a related field with at least two (2) years of experience; OR
• High School Diploma with three (3) years of experience in human services.
• Knowledge of social service and health agencies in Alliance service area.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual communication skills (oral and written) preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including case management software.
