The Role We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting project execution from contract through closeout, serving as the central point of contact for project-related administrative needs. Periodic field involvement to ensure alignment between office coordination and on-site activities will be required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and permits.
- Help to align billings with contract obligations to support accurate financial reporting and project success.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on KPIs.
- Assist with budgeting tasks, invoice tracking, and cost documentation.
- Support compliance with company standards, safety documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of active construction projects.
- Visit job sites periodically to verify progress, collect information, and support issue resolution.
- Help identify and communicate project risks, delays, or conflicts.
- Facilitate communication across departments including estimating, procurement, accounting, and field operations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in construction coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to local job sites as needed.
Work Environment In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients. The position is primarily office-based; however, field work and travel may be required at times to support effective job coordination.
