You’ll manage a group of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while contributing to our shared goals. This role is all about building relationships, solving problems, and making a lasting impact. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Lead the renewal process, working closely with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage, helping clients navigate their risks effectively. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you’ll drive success and foster a culture of continuous improvement. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Experience managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner. A knack for building and maintaining strong relationships. The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
