Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. I’m married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with AJ Fraley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
