Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Cloud Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) and / or AWS Bedrock . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM, security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , and CI / CD pipelines , and will contribute to building and operating scalable GenAI platforms in a secure enterprise environment.

This role requires close collaboration with platform, networking, and security teams and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI & Cloud Engineering

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using :

Google Vertex AI and / or AWS Bedrock

  • Support model lifecycle management, inference workflows, and GenAI platform integrations.
  • Work with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development frameworks.

Cloud Infrastructure & Networking

  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
  • Implement and maintain :

Cloud networking

  • VPCs, subnets, firewall rules
  • Secure third‑party connectivity
  • Configure and manage :

IAM policies

  • Network security foundations
  • Secure access controls

Containers & Orchestration

  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads using :

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of Kubernetes-based platforms.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.
  • Maintain reusable, version‑controlled infrastructure modules.
  • Enforce infrastructure standards and best practices.

CI / CD & Automation

  • Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines using :

GitHub Actions

  • Automate build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes.
  • Integrate security and validation checks into CI / CD workflows.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with :

Cloud platform teams

  • Security teams
  • Application development teams
  • Participate in design reviews, planning sessions, and technical discussions.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with :

Generative AI on GCP (Vertex AI) and / or AWS Bedrock

  • Strong experience with :

Cloud networking

  • Third‑party connectivity
  • Network security foundations
  • Hands‑on experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Strong experience with CI / CD pipelines , especially GitHub Actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience with :

Multi‑cloud environments (GCP + AWS)

  • Advanced Kubernetes networking and security
  • Enterprise GenAI platforms and governance models
  • Exposure to MLOps or AI platform operations
