With 18 manufacturing facilities and over 30 distribution locations across the U.S. and Canada, we lead through quality, innovation, and customer service.

Role focus

  • Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery, PLC systems, and industrial robots to maximize reliability
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance using a CMMS, with a bias toward root-cause fixes
  • Manage tool life, perform adjustments and repairs that keep output on target
  • Support facility infrastructure—electrical, plumbing, and compressed air—when needed
  • Promote safety and continuous improvement throughout your work

What you’ve mastered

  • 2+ years in CNC / automation maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Technical associate degree or equivalent training preferred
  • CNC programming fundamentals (G / M codes) and familiarity with Fanuc controls
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across complex systems
  • Clear communication and teamwork under time-sensitive conditions
