We grow kids, not just coders.
Love to Code Academy is seeking energetic and engaging Part-Time Summer Camp Instructors to run coding and robotics camps for K–5 students. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where instructors guide students through coding, robotics, and problem-solving activities while helping them build confidence, teamwork, persistence, and leadership.
This is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week) with camps taking place Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our Kansas City location.
Instructors may work across a variety of summer camp settings depending on experience and program needs, including:
- K–2 Coding & Robotics Camps
- 3–5 Coding & Robotics Camps
We provide a structured curriculum and training, so instructors can concentrate on leading engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
At Love to Code Academy, instructors are not lecture-based teachers. They are coaches of character. You will create a supportive environment, guide students through challenges, reinforce positive behaviors, and ensure students are actively engaged in meaningful, project-based learning every day.
Students build games, robots, and interactive projects, but more importantly, they build character.
We are an early-stage program with a strong foundation, and this role plays a direct part in shaping and growing our programs. If you are looking for meaningful work where you can lead, coach, and make a visible impact on students, this is that opportunity.

About CompanyLove to Code Academy is a youth character development academy built on a single belief: the most important thing students build here is not a program or a robot — it is character.
Through coding, robotics, and esports, students develop the traits that matter most in life — teamwork, persistence, integrity, confidence, and leadership. Technology is the environment. Character development is the outcome.
