Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
The assembler will be responsible for building various complex scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and calibrate all levels of assemblies and install in the final build of instruments that meet quality standards.
- Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in assembly, hand tool usage, mechanical assembly, inventory tracking, material handling, soldering, and quality control.
- High School Diploma required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of electronics assembly preferred but not required.
- Experience with pipette testing and fiber optic instruments is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally, 25lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
