Job Description
Join a leader in advanced switching solutions! Teledyne Relays is seeking an Assembler II to support our Solid-State group. In this role, you'll perform semi-skilled assembly operations, applying precision techniques to produce high-quality components for our Solid-State and Power Products lines.
What you'll do
- Apply thick-film printing techniques using screen printing equipment and conductive, non-conductive, and resistor pastes to produce ceramic substrates.
- Operate high-temperature belt furnaces to fire pastes onto ceramic substrates.
- Perform assembly operations under a microscope using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Use measurement equipment to ensure product requirements meet specifications.
- Complete additional assembly tasks such as solder and epoxy die attach and hand-soldering leads to SSPCs.
- Follow process layouts and procedures to determine assembly methods and sequences.
- Identify and select components for integration into subassemblies and assemblies.
- Perform rework and other duties as assigned; provide feedback and maintain accuracy.
- Use a computer to access job-related information, drawings, and specifications.
- Apply company policies and safety standards while striving to build knowledge and skills.

Salary Range :
$39,000.00-$52,000.000
