Your role involves the operation and maintenance of both public and private FTTH systems, including the design and installation of cable lines underground and on street poles. You'll engage in tasks such as cutting, splicing, terminating, and documenting fiber optic cables while locating problem areas and executing repairs.Additionally, you will provide vital technical support to end-users, ensuring seamless operation of networking systems and video surveillance equipment. You’ll also train users in various software applications, diagnose problems effectively, and implement solutions.
