This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, solving problems in real time, learning equipment and systems, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. We are welcoming motivated individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to join our growing operation.

Barrel One Collective offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to build a long-term career within the craft beverage industry.

OUR IDEAL PACKAGING OPERATOR

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to safely operate packaging equipment and support line changeovers
  • Comfortable making machine adjustments and assisting with basic maintenance tasks
  • Ability to identify quality concerns quickly and react proactively
  • Comfortable working around high-speed automated equipment and conveyor systems
  • Strong awareness of workplace safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow SOPs, lockout/tagout procedures, and production protocols
  • Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to learn
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift certified
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Safely and efficiently operate packaging equipment and production lines
  • Monitor product quality and ensure packaging standards are consistently met
  • Perform quality control checks throughout production runs
  • Accurately complete production logs and reporting paperwork
  • Track raw materials throughout packaging runs
  • Assist with line setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments
  • Maintain clean and sanitary equipment and workspaces
  • Support department goals related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Assist with troubleshooting and operational adjustments during production
  • Work collaboratively with Packaging, Brewing, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams
  • Follow all B1C SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures
WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial equipment
  • Experience working in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Ability to remain focused and organized while balancing speed and quality
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a physically active environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, accountability, and teamwork
