This position is responsible for taking the steps needed to produce output such as correspondence and reports used by various departments within the company. These outputs are provided by Texas Life's administrative systems, which include Policy Administration, Ledger, Agent Administration, and Month End / Year End reporting.
Major Responsibilities :
- Verify and confirm all nightly and monthly batch cycles are complete.
- Print and deliver correspondence and manual checks.
- If any cycles, ledger, or agent processes have issues, create a ticket for problem resolution and keep users informed.
- Run process to print any requested checks at mid-day.
- Launch evening process before departing each day. (On cycle days)
- Schedule cycles for the upcoming month, reviewing for high volume days.
- Handle user on-boarding
- Responsible for audit recertifications
- Handle web updates

Working Conditions :
Base salary / hourly rate range for this position in Texas is between $45,000 and $55,000. Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job-related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training and experience.
