YOUR SCHEDULE AS A CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
This project management position operates on a standard schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Employees will report to a central location before proceeding to various job sites in the Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Riverside, and surrounding areas.
YOUR DAY
As a Construction Management Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing all phases of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, controlling costs, and developing detailed timelines while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Daily tasks will include coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders, effectively navigating challenges as they arise. You will leverage your expertise in construction management software to streamline processes and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results on each project.
