Role: AssistantController
Reportingto: Director of Finance
The AssistantController is accountable for the company's accounting operations, includingoverseeing financial statements, balance sheets, bank statementreconciliations, and cash flow. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Assistant Controller will be a valuable management team member, driving keyaccounting improvements and engaging with business leaders throughout thecompany on day-to-day financial and operational initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in working with multiple entities under different holding companies
- Must have Hospitality/Restaurant experience
- Strong knowledge of R365 Financial Software
- Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, andaccounts receivable functions
- Experience with financial reportingrequirements
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- General ledger and other accounting systemsexperience
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to workin a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate financialinformation in sound business language so people of all levels can understand
- Fluent in English
- Must be willing to work from our officeheadquarters in Miami, Florida
