Position Overview:
The Largest Home Care business in Oklahoma is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist our Marketing Executives to build relationships within our community, attend regular marketing events and activities. You will assist our lead marketing team and aid in overall territorial growth in the State of Oklahoma.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct at least 40 face-to-face visits to various key referral sources in the community on a weekly basis.
You will be able to articulate and sell the services and benefits of using SYNERGY HomeCare services in the community to both referral sources and consumers.
Conduct Administrative visits to prospective clients to assist with completing service agreement paperwork
Attend work day or after hours events, activities, networking, and in-service events to represent SYNERGY HomeCare services:
Schedule in-service appointments and/or follow up with scheduled in-services to confirm appointment day/time, get head count, prepare folders, confirm food/drinks
Ordering and picking up food/drinks and set up/tear down the In-Service room
Establish and maintain professional relationships with all senior centers including: activities, communication, events, and follow ups
Be prepared for 2 weekly marketing meetings, held on Monday and Friday mornings
Maintain the referral contact information (name, number, job title, facility)
In the CRM platform (ZOHO)
In the sitewide system (AXIS Care)
In the Referral Source Master List spreadsheet on Google Sheets
Ensure all SYNERGY HomeCare signage is updated in each facility visited including: magazines, brochures, rack cards, VA information, and business cards
Assist with scheduling in-office appointments and/or luncheons for the marketing team and ensure the Owner/CEO, as well as the Director of Marketing, are copied on the invites and emails
Follow up and visit referral accounts per your schedule each week
Visit referral sources to take a thank you card and/or gift as appropriate
Visit clients/caregivers while in a building
Assist the Director of Marketing with community visits as needed
Set up/Tear down for meetings, activities, musical performances, etc.
Take photos and videos during events for social media purposes
Obtain weekly Google Reviews from clients, caregivers, and referral sources as able
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
One or more years experience in related field
Strong motivational skills with the ability to foster collaboration and drive performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize technology such as standard Microsoft and Apple products
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
