We give everyone everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences, from emerging artists to global brands. We’re passionate about empowering people to craft beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to building exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the following big picture could be yours!

The Opportunity

Adobe Customer Solutions is seeking an inspiring manager to lead a team of curriculum professionals dedicated to delivering world-class customer education experiences. Reporting to the Head of Curriculum Strategy, you will inherit and develop a group of course developers, instructional designers, and technical writers, each with unique skills and specialties.

Your mission is to elevate team performance and drive operational excellence. You will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusivity. This includes implementing strategic vision, improving quality and governance, and ensuring our courseware sets new standards for customer impact and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the corresponding manager to maintain alignment, uphold global standards, and advance curriculum development practices.

What you'll Do

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team to foster skill growth, accountability, and inclusive design.

  • Lead curriculum strategy execution through effective project management, resource allocation, and process improvement.

  • Ensure rigorous governance by upholding quality standards, benchmarks, and protocols.

  • Collaborate with your counterpart and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency, share insights, and align curriculum with business goals.

  • Engage with stakeholders—including customers, subject matter experts, and executive sponsors—to gather feedback and ensure curriculum relevance and impact.

  • Champion innovation by piloting new learning technologies and formats, and lead change management efforts related to curriculum strategy, tools, and processes.

  • Define, track, and report on key curriculum effectiveness metrics to demonstrate business impact and drive continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Education, Learning Technologies, or related field.

  • 5+ years leading curriculum or instructional design teams in SaaS, tech, or enterprise settings.

  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing, diverse teams.
Advanced project management and resource planning skills; experience with tools like Workfront.

  • Expertise in curriculum quality assurance, governance, and process optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills; skilled with data tools (, Tableau, Power BI) for measuring impact.

  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, modern instructional methods, and emerging EdTech.

  • Proficient with LMS (, Adobe Learning Manager), authoring tools (, Articulate, Captivate), and collaboration platforms (, Slack, Teams).

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across global, cross-functional teams.
