Strong team collaboration and adaptability. Experience working with PERM, T-MSIS, CMS Federal Reporting or similar projects Experience in developing Adult / Child Core Measures, HEDIS, CHIPRA or similar quality metrics Experience with healthcare-related data systems. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role is responsible for analyzing healthcare-related data, developing reports, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing best practices, with a focus on supporting healthcare-related data systems.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze healthcare-related data to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
- Perform data profiling and validation to identify data anomalies.
- Document data processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and maintain strong communication.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational goals.
