As a Senior Staff Data Engineer at Findhelp, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining data pipelines that transform, load and synchronize data from internal and external sources across our environment with initial focus on our Speciality Networks Initiative.  You will leverage cloud-based data processing strategies to deliver high quality, robust, scalable and performant solutions.  You will collaborate closely with external customers, internal business stakeholders and engineering teams to design and deliver top-tier data solutions.  This role is an exciting opportunity to solve complex problems, level up more junior engineers and contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Data Integration & Pipeline Development : Design, build and maintain data processing pipelines to ingest and integrate Acute Care and Behavioral Data supporting our Speciality Network initiatives.
• Database Design & Documentation : Create and maintain data models, metadata, ETL specifications, and process flows to support business data projects.
• Architecture Analysis : Understand data from source to target and inform design, considering optimal methods for data capture, logging, transformation, warehousing, and delivery.
• Automation & Optimization : Identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, and simplify data solutions for better scalability using traditional methods and leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices : Conduct periodic code reviews to enforce best practices in design, performance tuning, and maintainability.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Analytics, data modeling, and use of AI.

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Findhelp. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
